I am a freelance graphic designer with a passion for design and strive to make every project unique and memorable. I specialize in print design, branding, website design, UI/UX, motion graphics, social media, and much more.
I was inspired to become a designer when I was 10 years old and I saw a sign for this mom-and-pop restaurant that was boring and didn’t fit the vibrant yet homey feel of the restaurant. From the plain font used to the lack of color, the sign didn’t convey how warm and amazing this place was! I knew I could make it better better. I got my 99-cent colored pencils and drew up a colorful, homey design.
The next day I went to the restaurant and handed my design to the owner. I was proud of my work and excited. He looked at me, told me this was really sweet, and hung my design on a bulletin board behind the counter. Though he didn't rush to change his sign that was the day that design became like breathing to me.
Throughout my career, I have been inspired by the works of Milton Glaser, Stefan Sagmeister, Saul Bass, and Michael Bierut. I have a love for design in its entirety, from the more modern, controlled design style to the boundary-defying styles that shake up the design world. My goal as a designer is to make you feel.
